think there is error in help files for installing clamav

we are supposed to add

av_scanner = clamd:127.0.0.1 3310

however when clamav added through custom build it uncomments line 96 so it becomes

.include_if_exists /etc/exim.clamav.load.conf

the exim.clamav.load.conf has the line

av_scanner = clamd:127.0.0.1 3310

in it. by adding it to exim conf exim will not start due to calling it twice.

Thanks for the report.

Looking at the code, I think the exim.clamav.load.com is only enabled with CustomBuild 2.0.
I've updated the guide to reflect that.
