This is a placeholder for the subdomain sub.mydomain.net yet data is their? (solved)

So its really wierd I am migrating my drives to new drives on same server. Then did a restore (long story why cloining was not an easy option that is not related.) So if you goto https://www.sub.mydomain.net You get the error This is a placeholder for the subdomain ca.silvatech.net . Yet if you goto the subdomain with any fold it works :O https://www.sub.mydomain.net/webdesign/ Any clue what may be going on here? When I searched people in the past had the data missing which is not the case here.
Edit
I did get it fixed, but did not find what the caused the problem other then jetbackup did not restore seem to have cause the issue deleted used one I had from DA own restore backup service and that fixed it.
