I have a customer that wants the following:

He haves 3 email adressen for 3 different persons.

He haves its own email adress. He wants that all the email send to the 3 email accounts of his staff that there is also a copy sended to him. This needs to be configured server side.

Is this posbile? And if its posible how do i do it?

Set up mailboxes for each of the email addresses; his staff will read emails from those mailboxes.

Set up forwards for the same addresses, to your client. He'll get a copy in his mailbox.

In DirectAdmin forwards and mailboxes are separate; if you have both, the mail will go to both.
