Ticket System - Doesn't Send Email Notifications to User

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the ticket system. If a user opens a ticket, we, the reseller, get an email notification that there's a new or updated ticket.

Once we respond to the ticket, the user does *not* get an email notification that the ticket is updated.

However, in testing we've noted that if we send a new message (not email only box checked), they get the notification that the message is waiting to be viewed.
