Ticket system issues

How can we receive users messages from our ticket system to a different email address. It appears it goes to the default address for the reseller account.

Go to the Manage Ticket Page and change the box after where it says "Email a copy of all messages to"
 
It still continues to send it to the primary pop account?
Make sure you don't have any forwarders or aliases setup that are messing with it.

What version of DirectAdmin are you using? If not the latest you might try upgrading to the latest version.
If still having trouble, might want to ask DirectAdmin to take a look, or check DirectAdmin's data files for the reseller and make sure the change is being written properly.
