I have found something a bit confusing. When I log in as either admin or reseller level, and go to "Message System" and click on "view closed tickets" I have no closed test tickets listed, but if I go to "Manage Tickets" and choose "view closed tickets" I have my closed test tickets listed. Is this by design, or am I missing something?
