Here's an interesting one. We have been using DA now for almost 4 years and really love it...
In the past DA would keep log files on the server for a longer period of time, such as 30 days or so. Currently it appears that the system purges those files from the system i assume nightly, and commits them to AWSTATS.
Some of my clients actually purchaused their own web analyzer program so they can track the hits and accesses on their sites, and so forth, now that software is entirely useless to them and they are upset.
Since hard drive space is cheap these days, i really need to figure a way out to get the log files to not commit to anything by selecting something or changing a file somwhere on the specific domain.
I hope i didnt' loose you here on this, but i really need to get a grasp on this issue and get it resolved for my customers who use stats on their sites.
