Your hosting company is running DirectAdmin, and DirectAdmin manages Apache. So you've already got Apache.

Actually you're not going to get too much help here because generally we're server administrators.

If I knew where to start creating sites with dynamic content I'd probably be creating sites instead of managing servers ;) .

Does your hosting company offer Installatron? If they do, it'll be listed on your login menu when you log into your control panel. If so, there are lots of programs there you can use with a single-click install, and they'll help you use dynamic content.

Otherwise you'll have to find something and learn it.

If they don't, then talk them into using it ;) .

Or visit their site here and look down the right side of the main page to see lots of options. Click on one or more to learn about them. But if your host doesn't include Installatron you'll have to do the installation yourself.

And of course the learning yourself as well.

You might want to buy a book, or do some Googling.
