Transfer email to new server

I want to transfer e-mail accounts and content to another server. On the new server, I created an identical configuration and e-mail accounts. When I use rsync, all folders are moved.
The problem is that I can't see any emails in my mailbox.
I looked to e.g. / cur and in the old server I have the following messages:
xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.h19.server.com, s = xxxxxx, w = xxxxx
and on the new one:
xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.server1.newserver.com, s = xxxxxx, w = xxxxx

It turns out that the new and old servers are on different domains with different names.
Will renaming the files from h19.serwer.com to server1.newserwer.com help, if so how?

Both servers are DA boxes ? if so just use the internal backup system and you are ready
Or try program like imapsync to have your emails copied over, search on this forum several links are given
