transfer license

I've had a server go down and need to transfer my permanent license over to a new server. I can't access the old system.
I sent an email request DA support Feb 8 and I'm not getting responses from [email protected] or from the support form at DA website. Crickets.
Hopefully someone is monitoring here who can help.
 
My guess is that the reply from DirectAdmin support is getting stopped by your spam filter, or some other email trouble.

If you sent a support request at https://tickets.directadmin.com , please log in there and see if there is a reply to your request.
 
It is a gmail account, and it is not in spam. I did receive a reply initially, but then the conversation stopped.
Hard to open a ticket when the info I need is not accessible. I'm stuck with using the email support.
 
This is not exactly what I had in mind when I purchased a "Lifetime License".
Is there any staff monitoring these boards?
 
Staff monitor the board, but still, open a ticket as suggested by ditto.

I opened a ticket yesterday and they have already replied, but i didn't receive the email, so, that can happen, open a ticket there, and check it daily, they will probably reply in 24h.
