Transfer of directadmin copy to a virtual machine

Hi,
I currently have directadmin installed on a server where I only have hosting. But I want to move it to a second server where I have virtual machines. And now the question is how to do it without unnecessary problems and without loss?
I would like to add that I do not see any copies in the administration tools despite the previous configuration. I don't know what the reason is, but I clicked through the backup configuration several times and it didn't change anything.
 
On your original hosting you only have regular user access. Create the backup as a user.

On the new account you should have admin access. Create the same username as on the original.

Transfer the backup from the old account to the same place on the new account,

You should then be able to login as the user and then restore the backup.
