Transfer server to another server

hello, I ask myself for some time. I have an old server with DirectAdmin and I would chager server.
How to transfer everything from one server to another?
Easiest with all parameters as DirectAdmin, package, user, ...
Thank you for your help.
I suppose the server configuration must be identical?

if yes. How? the two servers are in the same host, but not on the same array.

I'd guess yes, if you'd have enough skills. But as it seems to me you don't have them.

No, I don't have any for the purposes (but maybe rsync though not a very good idea if you don't have enough skill in operating with it). It will take much time to write a script for you to transfer data from one server to another. If you pay I might find time to write it, but I'd suggest hiring somebody to do the job for you (you might want to choose one of us here).
