Transfer web site

Hello
can someone tell if there is a way to transfer whole web site on direct admin.
i mean i have a linux server and diract admin installed on to it, and i want to give my user an option to transfer the whole their site from other hosting company to mine...can somebody explain me the proces? i mean i will do the process, users will just give me the informations about their old hosting account from other hosting company.

Please do not double-post. The other post has been removed as this one is in the more logical sub-forum.

If the other server is running DirectAdmin, then you can have the user create a backup at his old hosting company and restore it on your server.
