Transferring sites but the content were not showing

Hi,

We have been transferring our sites from another server to DirectAdmin. We have transferred more than 15 of our sites successfully but we are having problems with the last two transfers. Please take note that we have been using the same method of transferring the site.

The problem was the content of the last two sites that were transferred were not showing. It seems that these two sites were installed as a brand new site. But we can see at the phpMyAdmin that all the content is there.
What could be wrong and how do we solve this?

Many things could be wrong. It could simply be an incompatibility with the php version. Or it could be something entirely unrelated.

PhpMyAdmin can only tell you that the MySQL contents are in place. It cannot tell you that the PHP site code itself was properly transferred or works.

Check your apache domain level log for errors.
