I currently have a customer who is using DA. Their old server has a rootkit which is burning through tons of bandwidth. I tried to do a user backup of the VPS but it only backed up the DA files and not the public_html files. How can I ensure that it transfers the public_html files to the new VPS? I followed the Knowledge Base article but it did not back everything up.
