Translate DA access

Hello I have translate the login-dictionary.pot to portuguese and created the file:
login-pt_BR.po

pwd
/usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/evolution/lang

but when I select Português Brasil (see print screen), do not switch/translate from english to portuguese on main access.
See print screen.

What is missing?

I'd suggest using POedit for translations
