trigger checkbox not displayed after upgrade to mysql 5.1.65

Hi,
we have upgraded our mysql version to 5.1.65 with the help of custombuild.
According to this url : http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=1295
we should be seing enable triggers checkbox in mysql user prvileges page simlpy we don't.
What we did : ./build mysql
service directadmin restart
./build versions

mysql -v -u da_admin -p gives :

Welcome to the MySQL monitor. Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 2486
Server version: 5.1.65 MySQL Community Server (GPL)

Any help would be appreciated.

What skin do you use?

I use enhanced.
Shall I try other skins? Should that be it?
