trouble with exim

Got a new server with directadmin. I have these messages in my exim log file:

2010-08-22 14:55:43 H=localhost (www.removed.com) [127.0.0.1] F=<[email protected]> rejected RCPT <[email protected]>:
2010-08-22 14:55:43 H=localhost (www.removed.com) [127.0.0.1] incomplete transaction (connection lost) from <[email protected]>
2010-08-22 14:55:43 unexpected disconnection while reading SMTP command from localhost (www.removed.com) [127.0.0.1]

Any clues as to why it's doing this?

I also have a lot of these entry's.
I think they are all spam.

mine are not spam, mine are me trying to send whmcs account details. I think there is something wrong with exim on directadmin, but i can't figure it out.

Usually it is because the mail account [email protected] does not exist but there could be other blocks in place as well.

In exim.conf does hostlist relay_hosts include 127.0.0.1?

hostlist relay_hosts = net-lsearch;/etc/virtual/pophosts : 127.0.0.1

One thing is removed.com does not have an MX record.

i got it all fixed. 2 problems. i had smtp settings wrong. and the other problem is that one of the isp's is blocking email from my ip becuase it thinks it is a dynamic ip.

And what did you do exactly to solve the problem?

had to change smtp host to localhost, and restart exim - this really fixed the problem.

Then i had to submit a support ticket to get my ip taken off the MAPS list.
