Trying to link my WHMCS with my DirectAdmin serve

Hello Folks!
I am trying to connect my WHMCS with my directadmin server.
1- I used to create "Login Keys" at my directadmin "Admin" area and put them in server configuration of WHMCS but it shows the error and If I used to uncheck the use of SSL and click on "Test Connection" It got successful but my WHMCS users unable to login by their WHMCS.

But it do not work.
2 - I used to contact with WHMCS they said maybe your IP is blacklisted in directadmin and they given me this command "/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist " but when I fire this it shows permissions denied.

Please help me out Thanks.

If the IP was blacklisted, I would expect the same result with or without SSL. It seems more likely there's something wrong with the SSL certificate, so I'd check that first.

WHMCS on the same server with DirectAdmin or a different server? if different server, make sure you whitelist IP from the different server where WHMCS is installed, happened to me before

I also think something is wrong with the SSL certificate because when It gets connected successfully and I use to check any user hosting by clicking on "Login to directamin" button it says something related to SSL.
