I wanna turn off safe mode, but i don't know where can I find it.

Login to DA as admin (if you are one), scroll down to the "Extra Features" section, click on the "PHP SafeMode Configuration" link.

There are several different skins for DirectAdmin and you don't say which one you use. On the skin I use (the Enhanced skin) it's on the admin login page near the lower left. If you're not logged in as the server administrator, then you can't change it, but will have to contact your hosting provider.
