Two questions.

Can I upload .phpnuke to this server and have it work properly? Also I would rather have .netnuke to run on this server, would that be possble or not. I think it runs on asp. Is that an option that can be added?

DirectAdmin does not install asp, that is something you or your service provider will have to do

Generally ASP is run on a server running Windows not Unix thought there are some emulators.
