You're probably the first to ask. try it and see. Get a short-term trial DirectAdmin license from DirectAdmin Sales.

What exactly would be the point in running this cloud stuff?

Lots of people appear to be interested in cloud computing these days. There are magazine and newspaper articles on it every day.

One major advantage is that you can move the cloud instances between physical servers without worrying about any settings on the server that's running the cloud.
