Udating license

My server admin recently updated the kernel to fedora core 3 and now I cannot access my DA control panel. He said I need to update my DA license. How do I do this? Is it going to cost me money?

Hello,

The first step is to e-mail us ( [email protected] ) with your license ID or server main IP so we can update your license to Fedora 3.

Likely DA is segfaulting because you are running a binary compiled for a different OS (e.g. Fedora 2). So, after we reply back saying the license is FC3, follow:

I don't understand the stuff at the link in your message above. I am not a programmer and I don't think I should touch that. Is there another, easier way?

do I use ssh? Is that what you mean by "commands'? (Please don't laugh. I have never done this before and my server admin is asleep)
