Uebimiau webmail error

We got a report today from one of our resellers that his client couldn't send email from Uebimiau (webmail).

The error is always:

It was not possible to send this e-mail

Troubleshooting found nothing significant but we found we're getting this error on multiple servers.

Has anyone else found this error?

Nothing in logs? Sounds like a problem with SMTP Don't you get something like "SMTP Error: Recipient not accepted. Verify your relay rules." after it?

Finally found one, in rejectlog:

2007-08-20 09:55:41 SMTP protocol synchronization error (input sent without waiting for greeting): rejected connection from H=[127.0.0.1] input="EHLO 67.112.189.217\r\nHELO 67.112.189.217\r\n"

The top line of changelog.txt says:

2005-02-13 V2.7.10

So I'm presuming I'm running the latest version.

It's occurring on multiple servers.

Any ideas or similar experiences?

I'm seeing this exact same problem too actually.

Haven't figured it out yet either, any help on this yet?

We are seeing it as only a random occasional error. Input from others would be appreciated.
