Uebimiau (Webmail) problem

We've got a system where no-one can log into UebiMiau.

It's just happened.

It's not the php version; we're still on php 4.3.10.

And we've newly updated everything.

It worked properly until a few days ago.

We can log in once.

But we can't do anything. Can't read emails, can't send emails.

When we try to login again the spinner just spins for a while, and the pointer shows an hourglass...

Then the spinner stops spinning, the pointer loses the hourglass.

And it waits again at the login screen.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Jeff - I've got this too - sporadic access to webmail.

The problems seem to occur when we try and open an email - sometimes they open others (larger ones) lock the system up and it times out.

When I try and log back in I get the error.


-ERR [IN-USE] Mailbox in use

Generally it times out for 5 minutes then allows me access again.

I still have this - can view emails but not delete and seems to time out one the delete button is clicked and not allow access again for a while.

Any ideas?

Getting desperate now!

Got the issue on 4 servers - all latest DA with Centos 4

Rob, your issue sounds to be different from ours.

I have same error ; uebimiau with directadmin

-err [in-use] mailbox in use.
 
mailbox in use indicates there's a lock file. I just responded on this issue in a different thread today. Please search messages for mailbox lock.
