Unable to access to Phpmyadmin (googiehost)

Hello, (I am Spanish, so sorry for my language)

I have migrated my website from another host to "Googiehost". I have created a basedata, and, when I tried to access to "PhpMyadmin", I obtained the next message:

Access to phpMyAdmin is only allowed from control panel.

I tried to access troughtout Mysql management, and when I click in the buttom "phpmyadmin" the message is:

404 Error​

BACK TO HOMEPAGE
Sorry, but the page you are looking for can't be found.

Does anyone know what happen?

No clue, can be anything. Are you an admin?
Is mysql running?
