Unable to add domain

Hi, when I trying to add domain, I am getting this error:

This is a fresh DA install. After I changed VPS server, installed DA and went to add domain and got that error. Using ubuntu 20.04

how to fix?

Are all the services, including Apache, installed and running already?

I was able to add the domain later on but the main issue is wordpress manager not showing.
