Email support 2 days ago.. but no respond.. so i decided to ask for help here..

where does DA store those domain/user/pass list?

because I delete a reseller, and now when i tried to add it back, it gave me this error.

Unable to use that new domain name

Details

the new domain name already exists on your system

Pls help.

Thanks.

There probaly went something wrong with deleting the user off the system. So you'll have to delete it's account: userdel [resellername] in SSH/console offcourse :P

This will probaly fix it ;)

it's already gone. it seems that the problem lies with the domain.. not the username.. i can still use back the old username.. but not the domain name.

Make sure the domain does not show up anywhere in DA. Then make sure its not in the named database, and finally if it still doesn't work, make sure it's not listed anywhere in the directadmin data files /usr/local/directadmin/data

Usually when you can't create a domain name it's because there's a zone file in /var/named/ and/or a zone record in /etc/named.conf.
