Unable to change skin layout at User level

Hey!

I've got a few users who prefer layouts other than Refreshed on the Evolution skin, most notably ex-cPanel users who prefer the Icons Grid layout.

Problem is, I seem to only be able to set skin layouts at the Admin/Reseller level, not the User level. The option simply doesn't show up, even though at Reseller level I've got the "prevent users from modifying skin settings" box unchecked.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

If you login as the user, on the right upper side you see "Hello, username". If you click on that, isn't there the option "theme options" visible?
If yes, do you have the latest DA version?

Forbid users changing the skin layout on user level?

Yes, that's exactly what I meant

I know I got the words wrong, but I did say I'd already checked that

Yes, I have the latest DA version. And no, clicking on that does absolutely nothing on the Refreshed skin, although I believe it did on Standard (which I personally liked more than Refreshed anyway but that's somewhat irrelivent)

That said, while checking I realised I must have just been blind at the time, because it's one of the big 4 buttons under Activity on the homepage.

Ah well that's nice to know. I didn't know that yet either because haven't used the refreshed skin yet, only standard.
