Unable to create subdomain and named

When creating domain from admin user, the below error is reported when checking log

tail /var/log/directadmin/error.log

When creating a domain, the named zone part is not created in /var/named/*.db
And create subdomain error message:
Unable to create subdomain Error reading named db file

Timeout error is a very popular error in DirectAdmin right now when creating a domain for a user. One example is, it is related to misconfigured in IPv6:

Add Domain 'Your connection has timed out'

I just to a new VPS with directadmin on Centos8 I'm trying to add a domain but after a while the connection times out. The domain seems to be added to the user. No multi-server or custom script. I don't use directadmin NS so the NS1 & NS2 don't resolve This is what debug says...
