When I renew my DA Lic, unable to establish SSL connection, How to correct?

Did you try to change to tls 1.2 mayby 1.1 and not having tls 1.0 anymore

Hi! The same problems on CentOS 5.5 32bit, I know it's EOL, but is there a chance I can solve it?

To update the license manually I used temporarily:
echo 1 > /root/.insecure_download
