Unable to Fix 403 Error

Hi Mates,
I am unable to fix the usse for one of our user, which is getting 403 continuously.
I tried to Replace the htaccess code.
changing the permission.

but the issue is still there.

check webserver logs (apache/nginx/litespeed) first, if problem with one domain - check it's own logs
then you can check PHP logs, if you using FPM

If you have it installed, see if any mod security rules are being hit
