Unable to get Lock on file

Someone broke into the server and mixed it up so that nothing works.
I have no idea how to download a copy from the server because ftp and ssh does not work.
Only what works is I can log in as admin to DA.
Can anyone know how to fix it or how to download a copy from the server?

Hello,

Depending on your setup and a hosting company from which you bought a server there is a possibility to load the server into a rescue mode and recover access or copy/transfer data, and/or use IPKVM/IPMI.

With directadmin only access if your root's password is still the same and is accepted in Directadmin (file editor section under admin level, it's not filemanager though), root's access can be recovered.
