Hello there,
I have got a lot of servers with error when backuping
"Unable to read /etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd : Unable to get Lock on file:
open error for /etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd.lock: No such file or directory
/etc/virtual/domain.com: No such file or directory "

This problem mostly happens for suspend domains and It is temporarily fixed with the following solutions:

Is there a permanent solution to the problem?

Best regards

If it's related to backuping suspended domains you might stop backuping them. I don't get the error when backup suspended accounts, so the issue is not probably caused by suspended domains. The domain folder and passwd file might literally be missing on the server. If this is the case, you should either re-add the domain or fix the folders and files structure.
