Unable to restore

I backup from the old server and I got file pattern user.admin.myaccount.tar.gz and I've install a new vps(centos7) with 1 personal license ... i've put file into /home/admin/user_backups and try to restore ... and it said "License is limited to 1 accounts, and you currently have 1" .... I try again to put into /home/admin/admin_backups ... it also said "License is limited to 1 accounts, and you currently have 1" ...

Please Suggest

rename it to "admin.root.admin.tar.gz"

and put in "/home/admin/admin_backups"
then restore via admin_backups
