Unable to set Nameserver?

I have set nameservers as per the guidelines here:

Here is how it looks to me now from IP config:

When I try to edit nameservers of the domain at GoDaddy to ns1.netsica.net & ns2.netstica.net, I get an error !

oh.. wat an idiot i was.. i dint register hte nameservers.. .. its working fine now..
