unable to use webmail /squirell mail

I am testing DA before I buy it for myslef (lifetime license) and start selling it on the servers that we build for customers.

Installation went very well.
Pop3 email set up went very well.
Creatation of web sites was a breeze.

It took me only 15 minutes to determine the structure of how the system works, once it was installed.

Now the problem:

1. I do not know how to search this site for the the questions those might have already been answered?

2. I created a test user.he is able to receive and send emails using Outlook express. however, when I try to logon to webmail it gives error: Error connecting to host server server.localhost.
111: Connection refused.
Can somebody help me with this?

3. Does dA has version where, a company with 2 domains wants to host their own web server and email server? Or do I have to sell this full version?


3. Can I change the names on the DA. and put my companies logo on the product? How much customization is possible?

At the upper right of the forum pages click on "SEARCH" and try your keywords and perhaps some advanced options.

Generally that would indicate that the POP daemon isn't running, but that doesn't make sense if Outlook Express can get email via POP.

However I don't know why it's trying on port 111; the POP port is 110. So in fact that could be the problem. On a brand new install we created today webmail connects on port 110.

DA is only available in an unlimited domain version.

You can only resell DA with a server, but I presume already know that. You can skin DA with your own custom skins, but you cannot represent the product as your own; it is written by JBMC Software.

You should probably contact DA sales to get these questions answered.
