Hi,
When working with a large DA users base is needed to spread the users acrosss multiple DA servers to keep up with load.
This usually involves each server having own nameservers.
I am wondering if it's not possible to make a setup which to reside on just a pair of nameservers (let's call them ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com) this way:
1. DA Servers 1, 2, ... x are having as dns slave a DA Server N1
2. Server N2 it has as dns slave a DA Server N2
3. Server N2 has within dns zone not just Server N1 zones but as well server 1, 2... x zones
4. ns1.domain.com points to Server N1 IP
5. ns2.domain.com points to Server N2 IP
This would allow to maintain only one ns pair. Is it possible with DA ? If yes, there are any downsides?
