unknown website problem

i have a problem but i dont know where is the problem. direct admin panel does not have problem but my website doesnt response to browser request.

Check if http server is running.

Is your server or you did bought hosting from a company?

If is your server log in ssh and try /etc/init.d/httpd restart

If you bought hosting from a company than you should contact them cause seems that there is a problem with web server.

Whatever the problem is, it's been fixed and the site is working now.
