Unrouteable address

1 of my user email address sometimes unable to received email.

Sender received rejected mail with error as below:

Unrouteable address

Do you have any idea?

ok, checking the domain from that screen ive saw those errors:

ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not responded are:
210.48.148.135

ERROR: No reverse DNS (PTR) entries. The problem MX records are:
134.148.48.210.in-addr.arpa -> no reverse (PTR) detected
You should contact your ISP and ask him to add a PTR record for your ips

your problem should depend by dns aswell
