update IP to all users

I have re-located my server from one ISP to another. as a result I had to change the network IP addresses to a different pool

after updating the IP address of the server and the license of DA
I go to DA control panel --> IP management
I am trying to change the old IP address whicih is in use and assigend to one reseller, I always get an error message that this current IP is in use by a reseller account.

basically in DA control panel --> IP Management
the odl IP 212.235.8.218 is assigent to user "server" which has a resselr name "res1"

how can I do the uipdate, including DNS managemnt ?

please I am a newbie in Linux

I am using DA with Centos 5.1

any advice?

is there anyone here from the DA team
I am unable to download my license.key file from my account.
and no one is answering emails.
can any one help me obtaining the new license key from my account ?

my License ID is 27273
my email is [email protected]

What do you mean obtaining license key?

You can just use:

cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/
./getLicense.sh <CID> <LID>

Where CID is your Client ID and LID is your license id.

I didn't know how to get the new license after updating the server IP address.
