Update issues

Today I was checking on a old servr of mine and saw my directadmin is at vs 1.23.0 and when I tried to use the upgrade option I get this error

This is an automated message notifying you that an error has occurred while trying to update the software.
The generated error message is as follows:

Error restoring file /usr/local/directadmin/update.tar.gz : <br>
<br>


Please contact JBMC-Software, including the error message. Failure to do so could result in an inactive control panel.

Does any one know how to update this or fix it. THe lic is updated and last successful update was in oct.

Any info would be much appreciated.
