Update of directadmin denied

I see in <title> of Directadmin: DirectAdmin v1.34.1
in "Licensing / Updates":

Server Version	1.34.1
Current Available Version	1.343000

So, I click "Update DirectAdmin" and in system.log appears:

2009:11:14-11:42:02: Request to update denied: software is up to date at version 1.34.3

Try killing the process(s) in ssh (# kill -9 <pid>), and then reload DA from there....... I had a similar issue to this, and it was to do with DA not restarting after updating.
