update or reinstall directadmin because is dead

Hi,
i have a problem, it's not possible to connect to directadmin ? Why i don't no ??
And i have another problem, i buy the version in my FAI (OVH) i have the ID Licence but i don't no what is the Client ID

Stopping DirectAdmin: [ FAILED ]
Starting DirectAdmin: [ OK ]

Stopping is failed ? Why ?

One of cases, it fails if you do not have running instance of directadmin (or wrong PID).

netstat -an | grep LISTEN | grep \:2222

What does it show? And what is there in error logs located in /var/log/directadmin/ ?
