Updating DirectAdmin failure at 9:10pm (Pacific time) 08.06.2013

I had a failure to update DirectAdmin (using the gui) on a machine running Centos 5.9. (which has NEVER had a problem in the past updating).
In addition just updated DirectAdmin on a machine from the same network running Centos 6.3 with no problem
Here is the error message given by DirectAdmin.

The generated error message is as follows:

Unable to connect to 69.30.193.202<br>
Unable to open a socket<br>
Unable to connect to any site for the update<br>

Please contact JBMC-Software, including the error message. Failure to do so could result in an inactive control panel.\
