Updating license issue (Changed IP's)

when i run:
#./getLicense.sh **** ****

I get:

Error downloading the license file

What OS are you running?
I think there was another thread with somebody having the same error, but I can't find it.
If I recall correctly he was running FreeBSD, and DA staff had him download a new wget binary. I don't remember if it worked though.
