Updating SSL Certificates Manually

I am using DirectAdmin v1.61.5. I can't update it because I need to update CentOS v6.9. Since the licensing infrastructure has been changed, I can't log in to my DirectAdmin panel. It says, "Licence has expired" even though I have a license key. But I need to update my SSL, it will expire on November 05. Is there a way to update it manually from SFTP or SSH?
