Updating user package -> update users

Hello,
I just updated all of our user packages (extra storage and bandwidth and more mysqldbs) but I want this to affect all the CURRENT users with these packages.
What I found out is that there's no relationship between users->user_packages, is this correct?
What can I do update all the users then with the new information? I rather not do this manually on 200 users
Is there a "smart" script out there that can help me with this?

I found this:

did:
grep package=custom /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/*/user.conf

And found that I have a lot of users with custom packages...

So that was why they didn't update.
Looks like I have a lot of manual work to do
