Upgrade AWstats

Dear guys,

I have read the documantation on
http://awstats.sourceforge.net/docs/awstats_upgrade.html

But i didnt get very well. Can someone help me.

I have now version 6.4.1. and i want it upgrade to 6.5.0
How can i do that? Where the directory?

which files must i copy in wich directory.
