Upgrade mysql 4 to 5

I've searched and searched these forums, google. to no avail.

I wish to upgrade mysql 4 to mysql 5

I have no databases, its a clean server.

Are there any tutorials or places that have an explanation as to the best way to update?

All you have to do is install a new rpm of the version of mysql you wish to run.
